The 2011 Purdue Boilermakers football team

The Purdue football team represents Purdue University in the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They play their home games at Ross–Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana and are members of the Big Ten Conference. It is Danny Hope's third season as head coach. The Boilermakers finished 3rd in the Leaders Division, during the first year of division play in the Big Ten Conference. Their 6-6 record made the Boilermaker bowl eligible for the first time since 2007 and they will be playing Western Michigan in the 2011 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl on December 27th, 2011.
