field, Ross-Ade Stadium carries the distinction of being the
only stadium in the Big Ten Conference always to have featured
"real grass." What many observers have described as the playing
surface of the future, Prescription Athletic Turf (P.A.T.)
gives Ross-Ade Stadium the most sophisticated gridiron available.
In 1997, The scoreboard was outfitted with a SonyŠ JumboTron
Television screen. This provides live coverage of the game
and other stats and information for fans.
